SMS Program Description
Vellor Systems LLC operates an SMS/MMS messaging program to communicate with clients and prospects of our AI automation and scheduling services. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive the following types of messages:
- Appointment reminders — confirmations and reminders for scheduled demos, strategy calls, and consultations
- Service follow-ups — onboarding updates, AI system setup progress, and account notifications
- Lead notifications — real-time alerts for new leads, booked appointments, and pipeline activity
- Promotional updates — new features, service offerings, case studies, and special offers
How Consent is Collected
Express written consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is collected via:
- Optional SMS consent checkbox on our booking form at vellor-systems.com/book-demo
- Chat widget interactions on our website
- Direct verbal or written consent during consultations
Consent is collected in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and requires express written consent before any messages are sent.
Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. You may receive up to 15 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Vellor Systems LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Vellor Systems LLC unless you re-subscribe.

No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data
We do NOT share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number or any personal information collected through our SMS opt-in process with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Your mobile information is used solely for delivering SMS communications you consented to receive. Third-party service providers (CRM platforms, messaging APIs) may access your phone number strictly for the purpose of message delivery and are contractually prohibited from any other use.
Consent Not Required
Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Vellor Systems LLC. You may use our services without opting in to text messages.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS messaging services are supported by all major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their affiliates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our SMS messaging program. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
