1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in through any of our forms, websites, or services, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS text messages and voice calls from Vellor Systems LLC (a Wyoming-registered limited liability company), including but not limited to: appointment reminders, service notifications, follow-up communications, promotional offers, and account updates.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. You may receive up to 15 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Vellor Systems LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your request. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Vellor Systems LLC unless you re-subscribe.

Our SMS messaging services are supported by all major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their affiliates. Carrier coverage and delivery may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy

Your phone number and personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or rent your phone number or opt-in data to third parties for marketing purposes. Information shared with third-party service providers is limited to what is necessary to deliver our messaging services.

7. TCPA Compliance

Vellor Systems LLC complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state regulations regarding automated communications. We only send messages to individuals who have provided express written consent. All automated calls and text messages are sent in compliance with TCPA requirements.

8. AI Voice Calls
